WgE?ZF.AS, the Citi' Co~mcil is desirous of completir:g
carious Ca~ital Improvement Projects; and.
kHE?REAS, the Cit9 Council approaed the use of Jayhim
Iingineers, Inc. to assist; staff iii desigii and adr.iinistration of
the ~rojecLS; and ~
~vHEREAS, a resolution was adopted for trar:sfering
necessary funds for the consultant fees tu the projects; and
WHEREAS, an amount of 518,1?0 consultant Yee for
Century~ Boulevard project was inadcertently left out in the
x•esolution; and
kHFREAS, a budget 3mendment is needed ',o t7~ansfer funds
for Century Boulevard Project; and
WHI:REAS, the C'ity° Council has studied the implication
of the budgct amendment.
