WF~F.REAS, on tiovember k, 1986, the City C'ouncil H~thorized
staff to ~dvertise for bids for the Sidewalk and Wheelchair Ramp
Project.; and
WHEREaS, a bid opening idas held on tiovember 26, 1986 and
t3-~ Enterprise Corporation was t.he low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the CitS~ Council awarded a contract to 3-1
Enter~prise Corpuration; and.
WHF.RF,AS, Ghe construction was c~omplet,ed on April ~, 19fii; and
WHERF..~S, staff inspected the project and found t.hat it.~,-as
compiete in accordance caith ~lans and specifications.
