FHLREAS, an outside consultFant is neecied t.o assist staff
in updat.ing the assessment data; and
WHER~AS, four proposals were receiced for the abo~e-
mentiorted consultant services; and
W}iERF.AS, after evaluatio~~, Dwi.ght Fre~~nch &. .4ssoci.ates is
the best choice for providing T.he sE+rvices for a fee of $4,700.
