A RESOLUTIOA~ OF THE CITP COLiNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SLURRY SE9L PRUSECT N0.

WHEREAS, on ~ovember 4, 1988, the City Council aut'.iorize~d
staff to ad~ertise for bids for the Slurry Seal Project; and
WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on January 22, 198i and
Yavement Coating Compan,y was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the Cit,~ Council acaarded a contract to Pavement
Coating Cumpany; and
WHEREAS, the construction was completed on March 13, 1987;

IdHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found that ~t was
complet.e in accordance with plans and specifications.
NOW, THF.REFORE, the City Council of the Gity of Lynwood
does t.ereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1: That ti:e City of Lynwood accepts Che Al1ey
Improvement Project as being compi.ete in accordance w:th contract
do.~uments.
' Section 2_ This resolution shall go into effect
immediatelp upon its adoption.
