ADDITIONAL SPACE.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood needs to provide additional
spa~ for the efficient operation of the C',ommmity Develognent Department; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood owns an office trailer which
could be used to provide the needed space upon its relocation to the
City Hall Annex; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works/City F17gineer has
determined that the trailer may be made available to the Corcmunity
Developrrient Department provided that the fimctions of storage, testing
and repair of traffic and lighting equi~nt may be relocated in a
Redevelogment Agency-owned building within the relocated water yard
compound; and
Wf~REPS, the Lynwood Redevelogrient Agency has authorized the
use of the P~ency-owned propesty known as 3205 Fernwood, presently vacant,
by the Public Works Depastment to house its storage, testing and repair
of traffic and lighting ~,;g~ient; and
WHEE2EAS, no monies have been appropriated in the FY 1986-87
Budget for this project.
NOW, THEREFDRE, the City Coimcil of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the relocation of the office trailer is
hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following appropriations:

Section 3. That this resolution shall go into effect
