A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, APPROVING THR RfiPORT PREPARED PURSLJANT
TO CALIFORNIA STRfiETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE, SfiCTION
' 22565 ET SEQ., AS ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON
APRIL 7, 1987, RELATING TO ASSESSMfiNT DISTRICT
N0. 87-A, (LYNWOOD LIGHTING ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT).

WHEREAS, the City Council on April 7, 1987, adopted
Resolution No. 87-41, instructing the Director of Public Works/City
Eng:ineer to make and file with the City Clerk, a report in writing
in accordance with the requirements of Streets and Highways Code,
Section 22565 et seq.; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works/City Engineer has
made and filed said report with the City Clerk and the City Clerk
has presented said report to this City Council for consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does heceby resolve,
order, and determine as follows:
Section 1_ The City Council has considered and passed on
said report. Said report, as filed, is hereby approved. Said
report, including any plans, specifications, estimates of cost and
expenses, diagram and assessments are incorporated herein by
reference snd shall be placed on file in the office of the City
Clerk and may be examined by any interested persons. Reference is
made to said plans and specifications f~r a description of the
proposed maintenance work.
Section_2_ This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
