A RESOLUTION OF THR CITY COUNCIL OF THB CITY OF
LYNWOOD, APPROVING THE REPORT PREPARED PURSUANT
TO CALIF'ORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE, SECTION
22565 ET SSQ., AS ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON
APRIL 7, 1987, RELATING TO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
N0. 87-A (LYNWOOD LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT).
WHEREAS, the City Council on April 7, 1987, adopted
Resolution No. 87-40, instructing the Director of Public Works/City
Engineer to make and file with the City Clerk, a report in writing
in accordance with the requirements of Streets and Highways Code,
Section 22565 et seq., and,
WHfiREAS, the Director of Public Works/City Bngineer has
made and filed said report with the City Clerk and the City Clerk
has presented said reported to this City Counci] for considerat:ion;
NOW, THfiREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve,
order and determine as follows:
SECTION 1_ The City Council has considered and passed on
said report. Said report, as filed, is hereby approved. Said
report, including plans, specifications, estimate of cost and
expenses, diagram and assessments are incorporated herein by
reference and shall be placed on file in the Office of the City
Clerk and may be examined by any interested persons. Reference is
made to said plans and specifications for a desrription of the
proposed maintenance work.
SECTION_2_ This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
