A RSSOLUTION OF THfi CITY COUNCIL OF THfi CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCHPTING STRSST IMPROYEMBNT PROTSCT
(SB-300) FY 1966-87
, WHSRfiAS, on October 21, 1986, the City Council authorized
ataff to advertiae for bida for the Street Reconstruction Project; and
WHfiRfiAS, a bid opening was held on November 13, 1986 and
Shawnan Corporation was the low bidder; and
WHERfiAS, the City ewarded a contract to Shawnan
Corporation; and
WHSREAS, the construction was completed on May 11, 1987; and
WHSRSAS, staff inspected the project and found that it was
complete in accordance with plans and specifications.
NOW, THSRBFORB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Lynwood accepts the Street
Reconstruction Project as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2: This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption. `/~
