A RfiSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THS ALLSY IMPROVBMSNT PROJBCT
- EAST OF ATLANTIC AVBNUE BSTWSBN IMPHRIAL
HIGHWAY AND LOS FLORSS BOULSVARD AND AMBNDING
' THE BUDGST FOR THE PROJfiCT
WHSRBAS, on December 16, 1986, the City Council authorized
staff to advertise for bids for the Alley Zmprovement Project; and
WHSRfiAS, a bid opening was held on January 22, 1987 and
Sully-Miller Contracting co. was the low bidder; and
WHERBAS, the construction was started on March 16, 1987
and completed on April 7, 1987; and
WHSREAS, staff inspected the project end found that it wes
complete in accordance with plans and specifications.
WHERSAS, the actual final project cost exceeded the budget
by $8,000; and
WHERfiAS, a budget amendment is required and the City
Council has studied its implication.
NOW, THERBFORfi, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1_ That the City of Lynwood accepts the Alley
' Improvement Project as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2_ That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following amendments and transfers:

Section 3_ This resolution shall go into effect
