A RESOL~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD TO APPROVE A CONTRP.CT AGREEMENT FOR CITY
PROSECUTOR SERVICES IN SUPPOR_T OF THE COP.E ED?-
FORCEMED?T PROGRAM
WHEREAS, City Prosecutor Services are currently being provided
in support ef the City's Code Enforcement Program; and
WHF.REP.S, the current City Prosecutor Contract Agreement ends
June 30, 1987; and
WHEF..EAS, there is a need to provide continued City Prosecutor
Services for onqoing Code Er..forcement. cases; and
WHFREP.S, Council has reviewed proposals for City Prosecutor
Services for fiscal year 19R7-88 (July 1, 1987 - June 30, 1988)
and has chosen Sampson,Hawkins, Middleton to provide said services.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Ci.ty Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Approve and adopt the attached Contract Agreement
with~~son, I~Zcins, Middleton to provide City Prosecutor Services in
support of the City's Code Enforcement Proaram for fiscal year
1987-88.
Section 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the attached Con-
tract Agreement.
