A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OE LI"NWOOD ACCEPTING THE PAVEME:v'T
REPAIR PROJECT OF (FY 1987-88)
{
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1988, staff began advertisement
for bids for the Pavement Repair Project; and
WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on May 5, 1988, and
Damon Construction Company was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the construction was started on May 15, 1988,
and completed on ^fay 17, 1988.
WFIEREAS, staff inspected the project and found that it
was complete in accordance with plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $30,556.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find., proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood accept the
Pavement Repair Project as being completed in accordance with
contract doouments.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this Sth day of
July 1988.
