COUNCIL MINUTES
June 27, 1964
The Council of Bel Harbour Village met at 9:30 A. M.
Saturday, June 27, 1964.
Present: Messrs. Faulkner, Hart, Sanders and White.
Absent: Mr. Beatty.
Also present were W. H. Webb, Village Manager; Mary
T. Wetterer, Village Clerk; and Thomas H. Anderson, Village
Attorney.
The minutes of the previous meeting of June 13th were
approved as submitted on motion of Mr. Hart, seconded by Mr.
Sanders and unanimously passed.
Mr. Anderson then read the resolution he prepared for
the late Chief, G. W. Owens. Mr. White moved to adopt resolution
No. 118. Motion seconded by Mr. Sanders and unanimously adopted.
Mr. Anderson informed the members that at the previous
Council meeting three other passages in Ordinance No. 103 should
have been deleted, namely, Page 5, Line 11 from "except as pro—
vided" to the end of the sentence; Page 14, 5th line from bottom
"before it shall have been released from lien and pledge of such
certificates as hereinabove provided"; Page 22, Section G from
"until the franchise revenues...provided". He further stated a
slight change had been made in the ordinance title. He requested
the Council to re —adopt Ordinance No. 103 as amended and Ordin—
ance No. 104. Mr. Hart moved to adopt the amended
ORDINANCE NO. 103
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING $375,000.00
SEWER REVENUE CERTIFICATES OF 1964
also Ordinance No. 104. Motion seconded by Mr. Sanders and unan—
imously adopted.
Mr. White made a motion to adjourn. Motion seconded by
Mr. Hart and unanimously approved.
