A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD SUBSTAINING THE DECISION OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 88028 TO BUILD THREE, THREE-
BEDROOM APARTMENTS AT 3327 SANBORN AVENUE,
LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood, pursuant to
law, conducted a public hearing on the subject appeal; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully considered all
pertinent testimony offered in the appeal as presented at the
public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the decision of the Planning Commission
adopting Planning Commission Resolution No. 2197 is sustained.
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
