A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING ALL EASEMENTS FOR DEDICATION FOR
PUBLIC PURPOSES AS SHOWN ON PARCEL MAP NO. 19240
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easements
as shown on Parcel Map No. 19240, and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 19240 has been analyzed and
approved by the City of Lynwood Planning Commission on
November 10, 1987, Resolution 2157, and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with or bonded for,
sll the Engineering Division improvement requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD A3 FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication of
easements for street purposes to the City of Lynwood sa offered
for dedication, as designated on Parcel Map No. 19240.
(Map recorded in book page of official records of the
County of Los Angeles).
' Section 2. That the above described easements have been
offered for dedication to the City by Jones Lumber Company, Inc. (owner).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of
July 1988.
