A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THfi CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT NO. 5-5087 OF (FY 1987-88)

WHEREAS, on November 17, 1987, the City Council authorized
staff to advertise for bids for the Sidewalk Reconstruction Project;
and
WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on January 19, 1988, and
FAV Engineering was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the construction was started on March 9,
1988, and completed on May 31, 1988.
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found that it
was complete in accordance with plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $101,914.01.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve sa follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood accept the
Sidewalk Reconstruction Project as being completed in accordance
with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
