A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SLURRY SEAL
PROJECT OF (FY 1987-88)

WHEREAS, on April 12, 1988, staff began advertisement
for bids for the Pavement Repair Project; and
WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on May 27, 1988, and
Roy Allan Slurry Seal, Inc., was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the construction was started on June 24, 1988,
and completed on June 29, 1988.
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found that it
wsa complete in accordance with plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $46,393.20.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood accept the
Pavement Repair Project as being completed in accordance with
contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon ita adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of
