HomeMy Public PortalAbout88-122 (07-19-88)RESOLUTION NO. 88_~Zz A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING COMPREHENSIVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE LYNWOOD MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION AND SETTING FORTH THE SALARIES BY CLASSIFICATION OF ITS OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, collective bargaining was conducted in good faith by designated representatives of the City of Lynwood and a bargaining team from the Lynwood Management Association; and WHEREAS, agreement has been reached between the designated representatives of the City of Lynwood and the Lynwood Management Association; and WHEREAS, Exhibit A the Comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding has been approved by the Municipal Employee Relations Counsel ratified by the Lynwood Management Association and signed by the authorized representatives; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: Section 1. The Comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (Exhibit A), which includes all agreed upon provisions and supersedes the previous memorandum, between the City of Lynwood Management Association is adopted. Section 2. That relevant resolutions and policies be prepared as necessary to reflect the provisions of the attached Comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (Exhibit A). Section 3. That all applicable salary schedules will be amended to implement the provisions of this Comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding and that this shall serve as the salary resolution for this bargaining unit.
