A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE JOHN D. HAM PARK BALLFIELD
LIGHTING PROJECT NO. 5014
' WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on July 16, 1987 and Electro
Construction was low bidder; and
WHEREAS, construction commenced on November 30, 1987 and was
completed on April 8, 1988.
WHEREAS, staff and the contractural electrical engineer inspected
the project and found it to be complete and in accordance with plans and
specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $121,118.84;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order-and resolve the following:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood accept the John D. Ham
Lighting Project as being completed in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
