A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE
MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE LYNWOOD LOCAL
' DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1988, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood, approved an agreement with the Lynwood Local Development
Company (LLDC) to provide technical management assistance and
working capital loans to local businesses; and
WHEREAS, there is a continuing demand for these services
in the Lynwood business community; and
WHEREAS, funding for the continuation of these services is
available from CDBG funds previously granted to the LLDC.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby find, order,
determine and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The agreement with the Lynwood Local
Development Company is hereby modified as follows:
A) The Time of Performance is extended to June 30, 1989.
B) The Scope of Services is amended to reflect an
' increase in the amximum loan amount of $20,000.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign 2 copies of
the amendment.
