A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING A CONTRACT
EXTENSION WITH SAMPSON, HAWKINS AND
MIDDLETON TO PROVIDE CITY PROSECUTOR
SERVICES
WHEREAS, said contract, funded in part with HUD/CDBG
funds, expired June 30, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to extend the contract to allow
sufficient time to comply with HUD/CDBG regulations regarding the
procurement of such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, order, determine and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The agreement for City Prosecutor services is
hereby amended as follows:
A) The time of performance is extended to
August 31, 1988
B) The contract amount is amended to reflect
an increase of $5,500.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute 3 copies
of the amendment.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of August
1988.
