DATE: July 3, 2023 TIME: 9:00 a,m.
NOTE: A meeting of the City Council was held in -person at the appointed time and day in accordance with
open meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. WELCOME
1.1 CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 9:02 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Adams.
1.2 ROLL CALL - Council Members present: Adams, DCamp, Halsey, Jurgena, Littrel. Absent: Mayor
Heddlesten. Also present: City Administrator Consultant Hinson (via phone), Clerk Krell, Deputy
Clerk Tripp, and Public Works Operations Manager Ballard.
1.3 AGENDA APPROVAL - Motion by DCamp, seconded by Littrel, to approve the agenda. All ayes.

2. RESOLUTIONS
2.1 2023-049 Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Sign a Construction Agreement and Notice to
Proceed with KE Flatwork for the City Hall Parking Lots Reconstruction Project. Motion to table by
Jurgena, seconded by Littrel. Roll call vote: Adams aye; DCamp aye; Halsey aye; Jurgena aye; Littrel
aye. MC.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Motion to adjourn by Littrel, seconded by Halsey. All ayes. MC. The meeting of the City Council was
formally adjourned at 10:25 a.m.
