A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROPRIATING FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4600)
FROM THE TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING
ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT EQUIPMENT

WHEREAS, the City is concerned about the safety of its
residents and others using City roads and streets; and
WHEREAS, the City is concerned about the increased
damage to its streets due to illegal use by overweight commercial
trucks;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized
the following additional appropriations for the purchase of
additional traffic enforcement equipment.

Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately.
