The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session Thursday evening,
September 21, 1967 at 7:30 P. M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chatter
riscilla Arens - Clerk
George Ferrell, Robert Scott, George Gubbins, William
Rudolph and all of the Council present.
All of the papers with regard to the purchase of the land for the new village
hall site were gone over, together with the attorneys opinion on the title
of the property. The check for 15,500.00, the balance due on the purchase
price, was Liven to the real estate representative, Mr. Scott, and the deed
given to our attorney for recording. This completed the transaction.
Harold Winterhalter stated that the Northwest Chamber of Commerce would like
to have Engineer Mills speak to them on the sewage situation for Hamel.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the Village Engineer be granted the O. K.
to meet with the NorthwesIanG�hamber of Commerce to answer questions regarding
the proposed sewage/Insfleliamel area.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P. M.
