NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS
The Trails Committee will meet Tuesday, July 16, 1991 at the
District office beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the
meeting will be to develop Trail Use Guidelines.
There will be a Finance Committee Meeting on Thursday, July 18 or
Wednesday, July 24, 1991 at the District office. Call the
District office for the exact date and time of the meeting.
There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors on
Thursday, July 25, 1991 from 3:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. at the
District office. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a
workshop on Board-manager relations.

SUBJECT: Final Selection of Logo Shape and Colors
Recommended Action: Approve final logo design and color.
Discussion: At your May 30, 1991 special meeting, (see report R-
91-61 dated May 23, 1991) , you selected three shapes for further
development. At that meeting, you requested staff to return to
you with various color options, mockups of an entrance sign,
truck decal, field staff patch, recognition pin, and variations
of type and line placements , all based on your suggestions. You
requested that office and field staff be given the opportunity to
review these options prior to your next review.
The results of office and field staff reviews will be included in
the presentation of various options to be shown to you at your
special meeting on July 17 . At the beginning of this meeting,
consultant Deborah Mills will present the options for your review
and discussion. If one logo is agreed upon, then prototypes of
each application will be produced for your approval . Estimated
production time will be six to eight weeks.
