A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE FINAL PAYMENT OF
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER ON HAM PARK BALLFIELD
LIGHTING PROJECT NO. 5014
WHEREAS, City Council authorized staff to apply for, and
subsequently receive, ($120,000.00) from the State Urban and Coastal
Park Bond Act of 1976; and
WHEREAS, on May 6, 1986 the City Council approved Mullen and
Associates, Inc., as the electrical engineering firm to design the
Lighting System; and
WHEREAS, all work has been successfully completed and
approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, funds still remain available from our 1976 Bond Act
Allocation of ($120,000.00);
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve the following:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following additional appropriation:

Section 2. This resolution becomes effective immediately
upon its adoption.
