A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING ALL EASEMENTS FOR DIDICATION
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AS SHOWN ON PARCEL MAP NO. 19519
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that
the easements are necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the
public, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City
shah be served by the acceptance of said easements as shown on Parcel Map No.
19519, and
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 19519 has been analyzed and ap-
proved by the City of Lynwood Planning Commission on April 12 1988 by
Resolution 2179, and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with or bonded for, all. the
Engineering Division improvement requirements.
NOW, TIIII2EFORE, gE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY (~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication of easements
for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as offered for dedication, as
designated on Parcel Map No. 19519.
(Map recorded in book page of official records of the County of
Los Angeles).
Section 2. That the above described easements have been offered for
dedication to the City by World Savings and Loan Association. (owner).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of September
1988. ,
