A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT'Y' COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A
PURCHASE ORDER. CONTRACT TO PACIFIC'
LIGHTING COMPANY FOR SUPPLYING EIGHT
(8) STEEL STREET LIGHT POLES
WHEREAS, the Christmas Decoration Project is scheduled for
construction, during Fiscal Year 1988-89, and it, is ftxnded by Street
Lighting Funds; and
Wf1EREAS, the bid opening was held on September 28, 1.988,
and Pacific Lighting Company was the low bidder; and
W'[IIItF.AS, a reference check has revealed that the contractor has
a good reputation and t:he necessary experience to deliver the required
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of L,y-nwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the purchase order contract fur the purchase of
eight (8) steel street light poles should be awarded to Pacific Lighting
Company of Brea, California.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect upon its adoption.
Passed, approved and adopted this 4th day of OctolDer 1988.
