A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITS" OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET
DEDICATION FOR 10450 LONG BEACH BOULEVARD
' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of T,ynwood' has
determined that the widening of Long Beach Boulevard is necessary
for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public; ar~d
WHEREAS, street dedication for 10450 Long Beach ;Boulevard
has been analyzed and approved by the Director of Public Works/City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the property owner, The Association of,Retarded
Citizens, has agreed to the dedication in exchange for stti'eet
improvements.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best: itixterest of
the City shall be served by the acceptance of said Easement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedica,'i,ion of an
easement for street purposes to the City of Lynwood as of'fer'ed for
dedication, and as described below:
The westerly 10 feet of lots 134, 135 and 136 of Trajet 5'L 22,
Cit} of T,ynwood, County of Los Angeles, as recorded 'in the
Office of the County of Los Angeles.
Section 2. That the above described easement. has been
offered for dedication to the City by The Association af'Retax•ded
Citizens, (owner).
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of
October 1988•
