A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FY 1988/89 BUDGET IN
ORDER TO PURCHASE TWO PERSONAL COMPUTERS

WHEREAS, there is a need for two additional personal
computers for the Finance Department and the Assistant City
Manager's Office; and
WHEREAS, an additional appropriation is needed in order
to make this purchase; and
WHEREAS, this purchase can be more economically and
efficiently made through the informal bid process.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
does hereby find, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to
make the following additional appropriation.

Section 2. That the capital outlay section is amended to include
the purchase of two personal computers and one printer.
Section 3. That the City Council finds that this purchase can be
made more economically and efficiently through the informal bid
process.
Section 4. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon
its adoption.
