WHEREAS, the City L"otuicil of the City ref Lynwood hal; determined that
the widening of Fernwood Avenue is necessary for the convenia>nre, welfare, and
safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, street. dedication for 3671 Fernwocx3 Avenue has been analyzed
and approved by the City Engineer; and

WH);REAS, the property owners have agrer-,d to the dedi,cat.ion; and
W}IERFAS, it has tteen determined that the best. interest. of the City
shrill be. served by the acceptance of saii9 dedication; and

Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication of casements
for street widening purposes to the City of Lynwocx] as offerod for dedication,
' and as described below:
Starting at a point 50.675 feet west of the southeast curlier oC Lot 1258,
'T'ract 3335, i^ the City of Lynwood, County cf l.,os Aitgt,les, as per neap recorded
iu Book 36, Ixa.ge ~2 of maps i.n the office of the County Recordo-~r of said
