A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNi:00D APPROVING AN AMEI:DME~T TO THE TRANSIT/
COMMUNITY CENTER REHABILITATION PROJECT AGREE-
MEKT 1+1TH ARCHIPLAN AND AUTHOR72ING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SA1D AGREEMENT Al7END?iENT
WHEREAS, on April 3. ]988, the City Council approved an
a¢reement with Archiplan to provide enQineerin¢/architectural desi¢n
of the Trsncit/Community Center Rehsbilitation Protect for a fee of
1125,900.00; and
• I~HEREAS, on Au¢ust 80, 7988, the City Council requested
the addition of desisn for a mobil Doxin¢ rin¢ area, kitchen
rehabilitation. and other items discussed at said meetin¢.
NOM, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby tied, proc]aim, order and resolve as follows:
Section ]. That the City Council approve the addendum to
the a¢reement +:it-h Archiplen to pro~•ide the additional desi¢n a:ork
for the mobile boxin¢ rin¢ area, kitchen rehabilitation, and other
items for an additior,sl fee of 536,000.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute an
addendum to the e¢reement with the consultsnt.
Section 3. This resolution shall ¢o into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
