A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE TREE MAINTENANCB PROJECT,
AREA 3 (FY 1987-1988)
WHEREAS, staff advertised for bids for the Flour Year Tree
Maintenance Project (FY 1987-88 to FY 1990-91); and
WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on May 6, 19188, and
California Western Arborist, Inc., was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the work on Area 3 (FY 1987-88) started May 25,
1988, and was completed on October 12, 1988; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected and found that it was complete in
accordance with plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the cost for Area 3 is $111,592.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follortas:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood accept Area 3 of the
Four Year Tree Maintenance Project as being completed in accordance
with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
