A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPT
THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSULTANT
SELECTION AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ERECUTE THE
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal was sent out to consultant
engineers and advertised in the Lynwood Press; and
WHEREAS, several proposals were received from consultant
engineers; and
WHBREAS, the proposals were reviewed and the four moat
qualified consultants were interviewed; and
WHEREAS, the consultants were ranked in the following
order:
1. Don Greek & Associates $25,560
2. Harris ~ Associates $46,912
3. Dwight French 8c Associates $48,000
4. CM3 8ngineering $46,050
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approve the selection of
Don Greek and Associates to provide consulting engineering services
for the Atlantic Avenue Reconstruction Project (from Beechwood
' Avenue to North City Limits).
Section 2. That the Mayor be authorised to execute a
consultant agreement.
Section)3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7st day of
November 1988.
