A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF
THE COMMITMENT PERIOD FOR PARTICIPATION
IN THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY SINGLE FAMILY
MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND HOME IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM
' WHEREAS, on July 7, 1988, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood entered into an agreement with the County of Los Angles
for participation in the Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Home
Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is due to expire November 1, 1988;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has a total Commitment Amount
of $269,057.37 remaining under said agreement; and
WHEREAS, said agreement may be extended until November 1,
1989 at a cost not to exceed 1.5$ of the remaining Commitment
Amount by the extended date.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, order, determine and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The Commitment Agreement for participation in
the Los Angeles County Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Home
Improvement Program (1986 Series A) shall be extended until
November 1, 1989.
SECTION 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized
to make the following appropriation:
