"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING
AN AUTO ALLOWANCE FOR THE POSITIONS
OF CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE."
WHEREAS, the duties of the positions of City Clerk
and City Treasurer requires extensive use of a personal
vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the City should compensate the incumbents
holding these positions for these costs.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Council of the
City of Lynwood does hereby find, order, proclaim and resolve
as follows:
Section 1. That the position of City Clerk shall be
provided an auto allowance of $100.00 per month.
Section 2. That the position of City Treasurer shall
be provided an auto allowance of $100.00 per month.
Section 3. That the City Manager or his designee is
hereby authorized to make the following additional appropriations:

General Fund unappropriated Fund Balance $1,200
01-4003-4127
General Fund unappropriated Fund Balance $1,200
Section 4. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of
November , 1988.
