A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE TITLE COMPANY SELECTION
FOR THE LONG BEACH BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

WHEREAS, an informal bid was conducted; and
WHEREAS, two title companies were contacted; and
WHEREAS, the companies were evaluated based on their
reputation, proposed fees and completion time, and ranked as
follows:
Company Proposed Fee Comp letion Time
1. Chicago Title Company E300/report 2 months
2. Ticor Title Company 4400/report min. 2 months
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section I. The City Council approve the selection of
Chicago Title Company to provide title report services for the Long
Beach Boulevard Improvement Project.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
