MEET DEAN MILLER
In order that you, the television
audience, might get to know more
about popular Dean Miller, who
plays the son-in-law on CBS-TV's
family comedy, "December Bride,"
we scouted around and came up
with the following facts.
Dean is ... always on the move,
brash, excitable, good-humored,
and good-natured . . . was "Mr.
Ohio State" in college ... belongs
to the American Legion and Phi
Delta Theta fraternity . . . likes
coffee, steaks and Italian food ...
always goes barefooted whenever
he can . . . drives with his con-
vertible's top down all year 'round
likes to swim but doesn't like
the beach ... still follows his col-
lege sports of baseball and basket-
ball ... talks on the telephone by
the hour —often makes calls on the
'phone in the middle of the night
once had an aversion to flying
but now has his own private pilot's
license ... took lessons from Rob-
ert Taylor and that star's co-pilot,
Ralph Couser . he's an able
horseman, likes to play tennis .
admits he's the worrying type —but
only about romances . . . can do
with a minimum number of hours
sleep . likes all card playing
except bridge ... always wears his
class ring ... admits he should do
more reading but doesn't ... drinks
gallons of milk . likes to buy
presents . likes Hollywood liv-
ing ... his favorite book is "Ran-
dom Harvest" and his favorite
