A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SLURRY SEAL PROJECT OF
(FY 1988-89)
' WHEREAS, on July 7, 1988, staff began advertisement for
bids for the Slurry Seal Project; and
WHERBAS, a bid opening was held on July 25, 1988, and Roy
Allan Slurry Seal, Inc., was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the construction was started on October 24, 1988,
and completed on November 4, 1988; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found that it was
complete in accordance with plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $85,161.30.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood accept the Pavement
Repair Project as being completed in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
