APPROVED AS TO FORM:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THfi CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING APPROVING A PURCHASE ORDER
CONTRACT WITH DWIGHT FRENCH & ASSOCIATES TO
PROVIDE OVERALL PROJECT COORDINATION AND
ADMINISTRATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, staff needs assistance in the overall
coordination and administration for the Long Beach Boulevard
Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, prices were obtained from various engineering
firms experienced in this type of project; and
WHEREAS, Dwight French & Associates' fees are competative
and the firm has the best qualifications for this type of project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the purchase
order contract with Dwight French & Associates for an amount not to
exceed $15,000.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
