A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR LINDBERGH
' PARK THROUGH INFORMAL PURCHASE PROCEDURE.
APPROVED AS TO FORM:
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved funds for Purchase of
playground equipment; and
WHEREAS, staff has investigate sources for supply playground
equipment, and
WHEREAS, the amount for playground equipment exceeds the
maximum for purchase by informal process; and
WHEREAS, it would be more expedient to pursue this project
through informal purchase procedure.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that City Council of the City
of Lynwood authorize staff to acquire playground equipment for Lindbergh
through the informal purchase procedure.
