A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
TO ESTABLISH A PERMIT FEE FOR PAINTING BUILDING EXTERIORS
ALONG LONG BEACH BOULEVARD, ATLANTIC AVENUE, CENTURY
BOULEVARD AND IMPERIAL HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, the City Council on November 15, 1988 approved
an ordinance regulating painting; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance states that Council will adopt a
resolution establishing a fee for painting and
' WHEREAS, all provisions for adopting a fee were in
accordance with SB 867 of the State Legislature;
WHEREAS, staff has determined the cost to provide this
service to be $26.00 per permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
Lynwood does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That it authorizes the City Manager to
implement a fee of twenty-six dollars ($26.00) for a
painting permit
Section 2. This resolution shall qo into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City of Lynwood held on the 3rd day of J~~989.
