WF(F:REA.S, on C~tobPr 4, 1988, the City (;oiancil authorizF~d staff
to proeec~3 with the widening Long Beac;h Boulevard at ;0400 and 10450
Long C3each Boulecard; and
WE¢.RF~S, staff inspF~eted the project and found that it c~as complete
in arcoi•daxice ccith plans arid spec~ifications; and
[.HEREAS, the construction was started on October 26, 1988, and
is now complete.
NOk, THEREb'ORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwooa does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the CitS of Lynwood accept the Street [~idening
Pro,ject at 10~}00 and ].0450 Long Beach Boulevard as being comple:ted in
accordance caith contract documents.
