1987 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the 1988 budget.
Present: Mayor, Thomas Anderson; Councilmembers, Wilfred Scherer, Robert Mitchell,
Stephen Schmit, Anne Theis; Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl; Planning and
Zoning Administrator, JoEllen Hurr; Public Works Director, James Dillman;
Police Chief, Richard Rabenort
Council reveiwed budget that had been prepared by Mayor Anderson, based on requests
and information supplied by various departments.
Questions that needed to be answered concerned contributions to athletic clubs and
sewer and water fund balances and rates that need to be charged, based on those
balances.
Department budgets were reviewed with several changes being made.
Moved by Scherer, seconded by Schmit to adjourn.
Motion declared carried •
