A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE
TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO ESTABLISH A SET
OF ACCOUNTS FOR THE GENERAL PLAN UPDATE
' of the City
WHEREAS, on May 17, 1988, the City Council
of Lynwood authorized the appropriation of CDBG funds for the pur-
pose of updating the City's General Plan; and
WHEREAS, these funds were budgeted in the HCDA admin-
istration account number 28-4663-A22~; and
WHEREAS, there exists the need to establish a separate
set of accounts for this activity. of LYnwood
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is
