A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO COUNDUCT A
PUBLIC HEARING TO ASCERTAIN WH$THER A NUISANCE YS
BEING MAINTAINED ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
t WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Lynwood has
recommended that this City Council find that certain premises within
the City of Lynwood may be maintained in such a way as to constitute
a nuisance; and,
WHEREAS, certain procedures are set forth in Chapeter 21
of the City Code of the City of Lynwood, pursuant to which nuisance
may be abated;
WHEREAS, the conditions on said property which may
constitute a nuisance are:
1. Junk, trash debris throughout site.
2. Overgrown vegetation throughout site.
3. Broken windows and unsecured doors constitute
hazardous conditions and inviting trespassers.
4. Two (2) Abandonded houses being habitated by
transients.
5. Illegal shed in such a state of disrepair and
' faulty construction that constitute hazardous
conditions and inviting trespassers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
Lynwood does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. Based upon the aforesaid recommendaticn of the
City Manager, this Council hereby finds and determines that the
following described property may be presently be maintained in such a
manner as to constitute a nuisance. Such property is described as
Lot 08 of Tract 5686 Page 15 generally known as 12138 Louise Avenue,
City of Lynwood.
Section 2. The method(s) by which said conditions could be
abated include:
a. Remove junk, trash and debris.
b. Remove excessively overgrown vegetation.
c. Temporarily board up buildings and structures.
d. Remove illegal shed.

of the Lynwood City Code.
