Resolution Approving Revisions to Signatories to the City's
IPAIT Accounts at PMA Financial Network, LLC
WHEREAS, on August 17, 2022, City Administrator/Clerk Kent Royster's resignation was accepted by
Council; and,
WHEREAS, Kent Royster is reflected as a signatory on the City's IPAIT accounts at PMA Financial
Network, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, on July 25, 2023, Councilperson Paul DCamp was duly appointed Mayor Pro Tern via
resolution 2023-057 Resolution Appointing Paul DCamp as Mayor Pro Tern; and,
WHEREAS, Paul DCamp is not reflected as a signatory on the City's IPAIT accounts at PMA Financial
Network, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, Council wishes to remove Kent Royster as a signatory and add Paul DCamp as a signatory to
the City's IPAIT accounts at PMA Financial Network, LLC.
NOW THERE FOR IT BE RESOLVED that:
Section 1. City Council authorizes and directs staff to coordinate the removal of Kent Royster as a
signatory on the City's IPAIT accounts at PMA Financial Network, LLC.
Section 2.
City Council authorizes and directs staff to coordinate the addition of Paul DCamp as a
signatory on the City's IPAIT accounts at PMA Financial Network, LLC, with the authority to
sign the required documents provided by the City's financial institutions to fulfill those
responsibilities.
