A RESnLUTIqN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD TO APPROVE AN AGREEMENT AND
COVENANT FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME
HOUSEHOLDS AT 4516 ARLINGTON AVENUE
WHEREAS, the California State Legislature requires local
jurisdictions to grant at least a 25 percent in land use density
for developments consisting of at Ieast (5) five dwelling units;
and
wttr:xEAS, the City Council adopted an amendment to Chapter 25,
the Official Zoning Ordinance as required by law; and
WHEREAS, Two of the ten units at the above stated address have
been restricted to low and moderate income households for a
minimum of fifteen (15) years.

NoW, THER.EFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, order, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The agreement and covenant is in accordance with
California State Planning Law and the City's Official Zoning
Ordinance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon approval.
