Motion by Lindaman to accept the bid of Fischer Insurance
Agency on the Town Insurance requirements. Motion seconded
by Loots and carried.
Motion to adjourn by Huisman, seconded b, Lindaman.Carried.

the minutes
of the previous meeting as read,Carried.
Motion by Lindaman, seconded by Hippen to file the
Treasurer's
report.. Carried..
The Library Board met with the Council to discuss the move they
must -,make, resulting from the sale of the building
they now
occupy.
Motion by Loots, seconded by Lindaman to allow bills, Carried.
