AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE BIDS
FOR COOKE AVENUE SEWER REHABILITATION AND
PERSHING AVENUE AREA SEWER SEPARATION
WHEREAS, the design phase is nearing completion for Cooke Avenue Sewer
Rehabilitation and Pershing Avenue Area Sewer Separation; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for Contract
00-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for Cooke Avenue Sewer Rehabilitation and Pershing Avenue Area
Sewer Separation.
Adopted this 16th day of March, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the original
on March 17, 2000.
