1990 to discuss the 1991 budget.
Present: Mayor, Thomas Anderson; Counci]members, Wilfred Scherer, Robert Mitchell,
Anne Theis, Stephen Schmit; Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl; Public Works
Director, Tames Dillman; Police Chief, Richard Rabenort
Council discussed the Fire Department contract with Loretto Fire Chief, Robert Van
Beusekom and formula they presented for payment, 1991.
Council also discussed future fire fighting needs for the city.
Robert Van Beusekom requested that they be paid an additional $1580 for 1990 which is
in addition to the $16,000 budgeted. The total of $17,580 is the amount of tax value
served in Medina times the formula used for 1990.
Moved by Scherer, seconded by Mitchell to pay $1580 to the Loretto Fire Department
for the 1990 contract total of $17580.
Motion declared carried
Remainder of the meeting was for purpose of reviewing the 1991 budget.
Moved by Scherer, seconded by Mitchell to adjourn.
Motion declared carried
Meeting adjourned at 11:00 P.M.
